Cancellation Policy

Reservations, Season Passes and all vouchers purchased on this site are non-refundable. American River Rentals (ARR) does not offer cancellations, refunds, rain checks or equipment exchanges unless Trip Cancellation Insurance was purchased at the time of the original reservation. Please be sure you have selected the correct location, the correct date, the correct equipment and the correct number of add-ons before completing your purchase. Our call center crew cannot process a refund under any circumstances unless Trip Cancelation Insurance was purchased at the same time the original reservation payment was processed. Reservations are transferable. Reservations will only be accepted at that same location, date and time for which they were booked at the original time of purchased.

ARR shall have the right to cancel any reservations or entitlements at any time and for any reason and provide an applicable refund. Reservations without Trip Cancellation Insurance are otherwise nonrefundable unless cancelled by ARR. If ARR cancels a reservation due to misconduct of the holder, no refund shall be due.
